ONE Life: Gail Porter Laid Bare

Well I’ve finally found out about the Maverick Television programme about Alopecia. Its part of the BBC One “One Life” series and is called “Laid Bare”.

In it Gail Porter talks candidly about her life as she comes to terms with living with the disease. This poignant programme transmits as part on the BBC 1 One Life strand. and will air on Wednesday 31st May at 10.35pm on BBC One ( This is showing in the UK only ).

I hope the programme stimulates some debate about living with Alopecia and I’ll certainly be talking about my thoughts on the subject. I do hope that we will see more of other people living with Alopecia in the programme as well as Gail herself.
